HP Community Idea

lady_karelia 's post) about how authors are itching for constructive criticism and don't necessarily give or receive it in reviews. Would anyone be interested in starting an HP community for the purposes of peer review? Obviously, options are wide open on how it could function, but I'm thinking maybe once or twice a week posts from authors looking for general feedback or requests for specific feedback by the author. Perhaps there could be an occasional post for recommendations based on a theme like "Balancing Description and Dialogue" or something like that.
