Gah!

Have reached the point where lack of a coherent, trustable organization system is seriously cramping my style. Forgot about a Dr. appt today.

Time to pick up Getting Things Done again, I think.

Scaling back might be a good idea, too, but that's for wimps. :)

Gmail has that new Task app... works pretty good. Wish they had it during the exchange, could have used it then! :)

It might have helped had I actually put the appt. on my calendar and set a reminder like I usually do...

I haven't tried the google task app yet. I tried 'Remember the Milk' last summer, but it just didn't work for me...

Indeedy, and you are NO wimp ;)

Love Sonia :)

Nope, not a wimp.

Just flexed my bicep at my to-do list. I think I saw it quake with fear.

Totally forgot a therapy appointment myself. Well, knew I had one today, but thought it was at my normal time, which is 4pm.

Er, no. About 2:30 I get a call. Whoops.

The thing that kind of annoys me – just a tiny bit, because really I ought to be able to remember it on my own like a big girl – is that they make reminder calls... 2 business days in advance. So I got reminded... on Friday. Now, if I were someone who NEEDED a reminder call (which I clearly was), how would reminding me 5 days before possibly help?

Hey, I missed a film screening last night, and that's a much bigger tragedy! Scaling back? What's that? Is that like quitting the governorship or something?

*squishes you*

Missing a film screening is indeed a bigger tragedy.

*sporfles at the governship comment*

The only scaling back I could possibly consider would be sitting by a remote river watching scaly fish go by as I sip copious fruity drinks.

There's probably some mileage to be gotten from the fact that those fish have scales, but it's too damn hot right now to think straight.

Bring on the fruity drinks!

Good luck getting things done! *hugs*

...so this would be a bad time to ask if there was another chapter upcoming on The Witches of Gilford? ;)

Seriously, I know what you're going through. I have the ADD like whoa and keep forgetting things. Post-It notes are my savior.

Been working on it here and there... I'm trying, I swear. I've got about 2,000 words written. Trying hard not to just opt for the obvious cheesecake ended.

I did write a Lumione for the exchange that might tide you over....
